SERVICES
We provide bookkeeping services to small businesses and individuals. Our services include monthly bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, and micro-bookkeeping. We will perform the services in a professional and timely manner.
FEES
Our fees for services are outlined in the service agreement that you sign when you engage our services. You agree to pay our fees in a timely manner. If payment is not made when due, we may suspend or terminate our services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We will maintain the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. We will also take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. We are also not liable for any errors or omissions in our services or for any loss or damage to your data.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We retain all rights to any intellectual property developed in connection with our services, including but not limited to software, templates, and methodologies. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate our services at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees owed to us.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan.
MODIFICATIONS
We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the modified terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the modified terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
